Terry Oyama is our new Government Strategic Accounts Manager, and brings 15+ years of experience providing services to the Government. Terry’s company Solution Engineering Hawaii, Inc. is a graduate of the SBA’s 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business Development program, and continues to provide services to the Government here in Hawaii. Prior to starting his company, Terry was a Contracting Specialist with The General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Services in Honolulu.

Philip Kahue is our new Senior Government Consultant, and was a key member of the executive management team and success of The Alaka’ina Foundation’s Family of Companies. With 16 years in the industry, his business acumen resides in the U.S. Small Business Administration's 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business sector, and in particular, Native Hawaiian Organizations.
